Dan has served as the hearing officer in hundreds of Student Disciplinary Tribunals across Georgia, as well as training Tribunal Panel members and Administrators who are responsible for presenting cases before Tribunals.  Dan has also served as the hearing officer in many employment, Fair Dismissal and Section 504 Due Process Hearing.
